HR Data & Digital Transformation Lead

General Dynamics Missions System International

Elevate HR practices as General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada's HR Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation Lead. Drive people analytics and digital innovation to enhance HR capabilities and workforce insights. This full-time position focuses on leading HR modernization initiatives through data-driven insights and automation. You will enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and leverage AI technologies for robust HR solutions. Collaboration with HR and business leaders is key to transforming workforce strategies and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop HR analytics to identify workforce trends
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards
Implement automation for HR workflows
Guide on AI-enabled HR solutions
Strengthen data governance practices

Requirements:

Strong experience in HR systems and analytics
Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
Knowledge of HR processes and reporting
Ability to drive process improvements
Excellent communication and consulting skills
