Paid Media Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you manage paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You serve as the strategic voice, making calls on campaigns, roadmaps, and performance narratives. The work remains focused on paid media, separate from SEO responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, manage bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Track conversions and attribution using GA4, tag manager, and pixels
- Build ninety-day and quarterly client roadmaps
- Grow accounts through retention, upselling, and relationships
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
- Documented ROAS, CPA, or pipeline improvements
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
