As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will shape Fullscript’s paid digital approach across customer acquisition channels. Manage campaigns through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and DSPs while balancing hands-on optimization with strategic planning. Use experimentation, first-party data, and offline conversion tracking to improve qualified provider and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cohesive paid search, social, and programmatic strategies
• Optimize and troubleshoot campaigns across the marketing funnel
• Design tests for channels, tactics, and advertising formats
• Translate performance data into efficiency and ROI recommendations
• Manage agency partners, budgets, and campaign delivery

Requirements:

• Seven or more years managing paid digital campaigns
• Hands-on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and DSP experience
• Experience managing annual paid budgets exceeding five million dollars
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills
• Advanced Google Sheets and Slides proficiency
