Paid Media Search Marketing Manager

As Search Engine Marketing Manager, you lead paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. You guide targeting, roadmaps, attribution, and client narratives while focusing exclusively on paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, manage bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Track conversions through GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels
- Build 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps
- Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account relationships
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns independently
- Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
