What are your contributions to the team?

• Researching and reviewing applicable engineering documentation and other approved technical data from multiple sources
• Acting as the main liaison between our suppliers
• Provide reports and dashboards
• Establishing a continuous quality process based on established standards
• Providing support or information to internal (Engineering, Technical Support Group) and external clients
• Participating in the peer review process of SBs
• Adhering to the allocated budget for each supplier
• Ensuring financial transparency

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a college degree in aviation, aircraft maintenance, or the equivalent.
• You have at least ten (10) years of experience as a technical writer and five (5) years of technical experience related to aircraft.
• You can work with minimal supervision/in a hybrid work environment.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and a good command of English, spoken and written. Practical knowledge of simplified English and procedure writing.
• Work experience reading engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and a maintenance manual/publication in service.
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• You have a good knowledge of SGML creation (ArborText Adept Editor or Adobe FrameMaker).
• You are detail oriented.
• Able to interact well in a team.
• Able to work with urgent issues.
