You will leverage your robust drafting, negotiation, and project management skills to navigate complex multi‑jurisdictional deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal workstreams for M&A transactions
- Draft and negotiate diverse transaction documents
- Manage signing and closing processes efficiently
- Plan and execute comprehensive legal due diligence
- Support regulatory requirements and internal approval processes
Requirements
- Member of Ontario or Québec Bar
- 9–12 years of M&A legal experience
- Robust negotiation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cross-border transactions
- Bilingual in French and English
