Bombardier is in search of a dynamic Senior Materials Engineer to join the Aerospace Mexico team. In this critical role, you will apply your extensive knowledge of aerospace materials to support engineering and design efforts. You will be responsible for reviewing technical documentation and driving improvements across processes and regulations, offering insights that propel our engineering efforts forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide engineering teams on materials applications
- Evaluate and approve engineering specifications and drawings
- Develop test plans and analyze results for aircraft materials
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Support junior engineers in technical tasks
- Degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- 8+ years’ experience in aerospace/military
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in engineering software and drawing reviews
- Excellent communication skills in English
