French Bilingual Insurance Claims Coordinator

Our client, a leading provider in the insurance sector, is seeking multiple Insurance Claim Coordinator

• Review system, claim documents, and contracts to confirm if eligibility requirements are met.
• Conduct outreach calls to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members within 24 hours of receipt of initial claim information.
• Communicate via phone calls and emails to verify any discrepancies, missing, or unclear information.
• Prepare declination letters to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members as necessary.
• Adjudicate and manage Quick Pay claims, transferring others to the Disability Case Manager as needed.

• Working experience within disability insurance is an asset.
• Minimum of one year within a customer service environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
• Ability to understand complex instructions and basic contractual language.
• Strong typing and data entry skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Willingness to complete the assessment
