Ce rôle exige des compétences en gestion des sinistres et en service à la clientèle pour traiter des réclamations complexes. Ce poste requiert plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le traitement des sinistres de propriété, tant commerciaux que personnels. Vous serez responsable de mener des inspections sur site, d'analyser les informations recueillies et de négocier les règlements de réclamation. En outre, vous collaborerez avec diverses équipes pour offrir un service de qualité supérieure. Key Responsibilities:
• Réaliser des inspections sur site pour des réclamations complexes
• Analyser et déterminer la couverture des polices d'assurance
• Négocier des règlements avec clients et avocats
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes
• Gérer efficacement les coûts associés aux sinistres Requirements:
• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des sinistres
• Diplôme universitaire ou formation pertinente
• Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite
• Expérience en traits de sinistres sur le terrain
