Description du poste Mission Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de projet spécialisé(e) en aménagement de sites pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le ou la titulaire du poste sera responsable de la conception, de la planification et de la supervision des projets d'aménagement de sites, en assurant le respect des normes techniques et environnementales.
Principales responsabilités Concevoir et développer des plans d'aménagement de sites en tenant compte des aspects techniques, environnementaux et réglementaires
Superviser la réalisation des travaux sur le terrain et assurer le suivi des chantiers
Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes pour garantir la conformité aux spécifications du projet
Préparer et soumettre les documents techniques nécessaires aux autorités compétentes pour l'obtention des permis et des approbations nécessaires
Gérer les ressources et le budget alloués aux projets d'aménagement de sites
Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes tout au long du projet
Qualifications Diplôme en génie civil ou dans une discipline connexe
Expérience préalable significative dans la conception et la gestion de projets d'aménagement de sites
Compétences avancées en utilisation de logiciels de conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) et de modélisation de sites
Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français
