This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week subject to change at any time. We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Business Transformation & Process Improvement Lead to drive organizational change, operational excellence, and business process optimization initiatives. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement, design scalable solutions, and lead transformation projects that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. The successful candidate brings strong analytical, facilitation, and change management skills, along with a passion for solving complex business challenges and delivering measurable value. Your future duties and responsibilities
Lead business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Analyze current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Drive end-to-end process improvement efforts, including process mapping, root cause analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions to define business requirements and future-state processes.
Develop and implement change management strategies that support stakeholder engagement, adoption, and successful delivery of initiatives.
Partner with business leaders and project teams to assess opportunities, prioritize improvements, and establish transformation roadmaps.
Provide strategic consulting and business analysis support to enable informed decision-making and sustainable business outcomes.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on project performance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
10+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, management consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Strong expertise in process mapping, business process re-engineering, root cause analysis, and performance improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated experience leading change management activities and driving stakeholder adoption in complex environments.
Ability to facilitate workshops and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience defining, implementing, and monitoring KPIs and operational performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
