As an Accounting Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing daily financial operations within a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, you will handle full-cycle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger reconciliations, and routine administrative functions.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and resolve receiving or pricing discrepancies with branch and inventory teams.
- Calculate, process, and issue payments for utilities, taxes, and other vendor bills in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding billing or payment issues.
- Promptly and accurately process, record, and reconcile Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) and cheque deposits in the General Ledger.
- Respond to customer inquiries with high professionalism to maintain positive working relationships.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, remittances, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate manual and computerized bookkeeping records while keeping supervisors informed of potential accounting issues.
- Perform general finance and administrative duties, offering backup support across the team as required.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 year of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR roles
- Experience working with accounting databases and financial reporting software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with exceptional expertise in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task under pressure in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
