Responsibilities

• Service Leads Provided by Deleon Affordable Roofing: Manage and close 10-15 pre-qualified leads per month, ensuring excellent client care and follow-through.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients to foster trust and drive repeat business.
• Present and Demonstrate Products: Showcase our roofing solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
• Negotiate and Close Sales: Work with clients to achieve optimal outcomes, finalizing contracts to meet or exceed personal revenue goals.
• Provide Sales Updates: Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and overall performance.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine and adapt your sales strategies.
• Participate in Team Meetings and Training: Stay engaged with the team and continuously sharpen your skills.

Requirements

• We value a proven track record in sales and relationship-building, preferably within the construction, or real estate industry.
• Ideal for professionals who bring depth of experience and a consultative approach
• Looking for sales reps who are confident navigating complex transactions and building trust with clients.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships are key.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required; strong communication skills in English are essential.
