Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inquiries received by telephone, email, and online platforms regarding hotel accommodations, meeting space, group reservations, and hotel services.
• Prepare and process quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate group bookings and communicate guest requirements with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, reservation details, and sales information using hotel management systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and guests by providing timely, professional, and personalized service.
• Conduct follow-up communication with prospective and existing clients to support business development and maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through client outreach, networking, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Work collaboratively with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
• Address guest concerns and service requests promptly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Support hotel marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, special events, and community engagement activities that contribute to business growth.
• Prepare reports, maintain organized records, schedule appointments, and perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the Sales Department.
• Adhere to all company policies, Hilton brand standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience using hotel reservation or property management systems (PEP) is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• A professional attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
