We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on coaching, enjoys being present and engaged with their team, and understands that the best leaders lead from the front. What You'll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership goals
- Spend time on the sales floor, providing real-time support, guidance, and development
- Create a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Partner with dealership leadership to execute strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and vehicle acquisition efforts
- Mentor and develop future sales leaders
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from their first interaction through delivery
What You Bring:
- Automotive experience, sales leadership is an asset
- A proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of new and pre-owned vehicle operations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the sales floor
