You will receive qualified or targeted business prospects from our team, allowing you to focus primarily on *outreach, sales conversations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.*

Depending on the market and campaign, OP Media Agency may provide:

You may also generate your own prospects if you have your own lead-generation methods or business network.

## Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospects provided by OP Media Agency

* Conduct outbound cold calls and sales conversations

* Speak with business owners, executives, and decision-makers

* Understand the prospect's business challenges and requirements

* Identify opportunities for software, web, app, or marketing services

* Qualify prospects and determine their project requirements

* Present relevant OP Media Agency services

* Handle objections and answer initial questions

* Follow up consistently with interested prospects

* Schedule meetings with our team when required

* Negotiate and close deals

* Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales opportunities

* Build long-term relationships with clients

## Commission Structure

This is a *commission-based position with no fixed salary.*

Sales agents can earn *20%–30% commission on successfully closed deals*, depending on the service, project value, and agreed commission structure.
