Business Development Manager (m/w/d) eCommerce

Our client is a well-established, 20-year-old logistics solutions provider currently undergoing a massive commercial transformation. This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized organization that is "scaling up" its market presence. We are looking for high-energy Business Development Executives to sell a comprehensive suite of supply chain services, including international customs, e-commerce fulfillment, and North American freight.

Full-Cycle Sales: Identify, prospect, and close new accounts across four key verticals: Customs, Fulfillment, Freight (LTL/FTL), and E-commerce Parcels.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop long-term business strategies to increase revenue retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Onboarding: Lead the transition of new clients to operations, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure timely forecasting and reporting to executive leadership.

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL industry.

  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) for high-level client presentations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (formulas/data manipulation) and CRM software is preferred
  • Travel: Valid passport and ability to travel occasionally to the US for client meetings.
