Compliance monitoring manager(m/f)

Position Title: Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and managing Recurrent's NERC GOP compliance program and all other applicable regional reliability standards. Working with external consultants and a support network of Recurrent IT professionals and O&M staff, the Compliance Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of compliance programs related to NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards and NERC Operations & planning 693 standards. Oversee Recurrent's NERC GOP compliance program for both owned and operated facilities as well as third-party operated facilities.
Support with the development and management of NERC compliance programs
Perform periodic data submittals on behalf of clients
Manage compliance documentation, reporting tools and databases
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Serve as the primary interface with legal counsel for electric compliance issues and participate in industry committees.
Use knowledge of NERC Reliability Standards, operations, and planning practices to assist in compliance efforts
Understanding of O&M contracts and CSOM's responsibilities to meet the contract requirements.
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Canadian Solar Solution Code of Business Conduct
Adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules and company policies.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technologist diploma in a related technical discipline from a university or college
Minimum 3 years of relevant NERC compliance management in the power generation industry .
Governance, risk and compliance management required
Experience with writing and developing procedures and protocols as well as documentation repositories.
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally with field staff, management, owners, and vendors.
Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) as required.
