IT Office Manager F/H

Our organization is part of a large conglomerate global company which is looking for a true leader when it comes to the IT Manger position as there will be 15 direct reports within the company. Mentoring, inspiring and developing employees in the IT department
- Ensure the IT department is delivering excellent business solutions to our manufacturing customers
- Disaster recovery plan, development and testing
- Ensure cross functional priorities including Continuous Improvement initiatives are met

- University/College Degree or Diploma (preferably in Computer Science)
- 5 + years of IT Management experience required
- Manufacturing experience required, automotive preferred.
- Excellent leadership & project management skills required.
- Deliver & support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Cyber security and compliance
- Custom software development
- Network infrastructure
- AI and machine learning
- ERP (AS400 & SAP)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral English)
- Creative problem solving ability, think outside the box
- University/College Degree or Diploma (preferably in Computer Science)
