As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the comfort, dignity, and well-being of those in your care. Continuing Care Assistants work in shifts that usually include evenings and weekends, as access to care for patients may be required 24/7.

Support clients with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
Follow care plans, infection control protocols, and documentation requirements.
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.

Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certification from a recognized program.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience providing personal care in healthcare, home care, or long-term care setting is considered an asset.

If successful, new hires will be required to provide proof of vaccination prior to their start date.
