- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Manage to schedule for company executive(s)<\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)<\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Make travel and accommodation arrangements <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Handling basic bookkeeping tasks <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Oversee the performance of other clerical staff <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory <\/span> <\/span>

<\/li> - Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent written and verbal communication skills <\/span> <\/span>
