About the Role:
Join Paul Davis Restoration of Regina, SK as a Construction Labourer and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to restoring homes and businesses after disasters. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to make a difference in the community while working in a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the restoration and reconstruction of residential and commercial properties.
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Completion of safety training certifications is a plus.
