Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager
in our AI Managed Professional Services – GrowthTech team, you will be the strategic and technical lead for a portfolio of high-impact partner campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and MatchCraft. You’ll leverage AI-driven insights, advanced diagnostics, and your paid media expertise to optimize performance, resolve issues, and scale results. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where technical problem-solving meets strategic partner enablement.
As a Technical Account Manager , you’ll work with Partner Success, Fulfillment, Product, and GrowthTech Enablement teams to:
Strategically manage and optimize digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, and vertical-specific platforms using AI-powered insights and platform diagnostics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner campaign questions, escalations, and performance strategy, delivering high-value QBRs and campaign reviews.
Translate data into actionable insights and clear business narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enhancing performance visibility and partner trust.
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes, pilot new AI-driven workflows, and contribute to documentation that improves scalability and efficiency.
You have 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, technical account management, or performance marketing—ideally in a SaaS, agency, or reseller environment. You’re proficient in ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, and MatchCraft , and skilled at diagnosing performance issues, applying attribution models, and optimizing campaigns for KPIs like CTR, CPA, and ROAS. You excel at turning complex performance data into partner-ready insights and have a track record of managing high-value client relationships with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Preferred assets include:
Familiarity with AI tools for forecasting, reporting, and workflow automation (e.g., ChatGPT, AI copilot tools)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
