Sr. Technical Support, Audio Visual

In this role, you will:
-Maintain and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and audio-visual meeting room systems;
-Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize audio-visual technologies to ensure reliable user experiences;
-Provide technical support for critical meetings and events;
-Develop user documentation and training materials; and
-Support the planning, implementation and upgrade of meeting room technology solutions.

Required:  
-diploma in information technology, computer systems technology or a related field;
-three to five years of relevant experience supporting audio-visual technologies and IT systems;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience considered; and
-experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and other enterprise audio-visual systems.

Recommended:
-experience supporting Crestron Audio Visual equipment; and
-experience coordinating technology deployments.
