Sr. Specialist, Change Management

The Role
Cameco is looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented, team player to join the organizational change management team in the support of the companys various initiatives including technology, process, and digital transformation.
-Focus on the people side of change, to help ensure Cameco realizes the benefits of the various projects and initiatives within the company.
-Be responsible for stakeholder impact analysis and developing and executing change management plans (communications, training, resistance management, coaching and reinforcement).
-Pride yourself in building relationships with key stakeholders and view change management as an art as well as a science, focusing on the heart and the mind to achieve the desired behaviour change.
-Work closely with sponsors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure the goals of the project are achieved and Cameco realizes the intended benefits.
-Occasionally travel to site/northern operations. Required:
-bachelors degree in business administration, adult education, or a related discipline;
-minimum eight years of applicable work experience;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
-an aptitude for technology and computer applications; and
-excellent communication and customer service skills. Recommended:
Change management certification such as PROSCI
SAP experience
Microsoft SharePoint experience Conditions of Employment:
