Sr. Analyst, Strategic Implementation

In this role, you will:
-Improve organizational and operational effectiveness by connecting strategy to execution to strengthen the business to support strategic priorities.
-Analyze current business practices to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes.
-Assist in identification of techniques and develop materials and tools to support strategic planning and execution.
-Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying, evaluating, and implementing methods, practices and solutions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
-Facilitate workshops, delivering project updates, and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
-Build strong partnership and alignment across teams by presenting actionable insights and recommendations across all levels of the organization.
-Coordinate and advance project plans and initiatives to monitor progress, provide advisory and ensure continuous improvement delivers the intended outcomes.

Required:
-a four-year bachelors degree in business, Industrial engineering, or a related field (technology, policy, risk management, operations, human resources);
-minimum five to eight years of relevant professional experience;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
-experience facilitating workshops or leading group working sessions;
-experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations; and
-experience supporting or leading projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you will work a hybrid schedule at Cameco's Saskatoon head office.
