About the OpportunityReporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting and payroll functions while leading a dedicated accounting team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical accounting responsibilities with coaching, mentoring, process improvement, and partnering with leaders across the organization. You'll play an important role in ensuring accurate financial reporting while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and support operational decision-making. What You'll Be Doing
Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Oversee full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and General Ledger activities.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
Coordinate year-end activities with external accountants and auditors.
