Account Representative Customer Service

As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support to address and resolve customer needs effectively. Your responsibilities will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Processes customer orders, makes sales calls, and works to establish relationships with customers on contractual and transactional business
Ensures all inquiries are quoted accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer needs
Manage full cycle customer orders from creation through delivery
Continues to build territory by developing relationships with current and new customers
Works with different departments to execute account development plans
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- SAP Experience is a plus
