Job Responsibility:
Job Overview: We are looking for two energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets, while delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively explore new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell our products/services to both existing and potential customers.
- Build and nurture lasting business relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and outcomes within set timeframes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant tools.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with school curriculum and educational products is a strong advantage.
