HVAC Counter Sales Representative

Job Responsibility:
Our Wholesale Business specializes in HVAC, Hydronic, Boilers, Furnaces and mechanical and plumbing products. We are a small company, our team works alongside the business owner and collaborates to determine the best course of action for our customers, discuss new product lines etc. and achieve results together. You will be responsible for the following:
- Answering the phone and providing quotations and preparing sales
- Ensuring commitments and deliveries are made to customers as requested
- Preparing quotations and orders from emails, phone calls and possibly other team members
- Assisting customers at the sales counter as required
- Responding to customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Required to understand customer needs, promote and up sell products and offer product knowledge to customers
- Hydronic design would be an asset, but not necessary
- sometimes helping in other areas of the business, shipping, receiving etc. if necessary
.Requirements:
- Knowledge in HVAC/R, mechanical and plumbing products and Hydronics
- Excellent telephone skills
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft products essential
- some experience in Hydronic design (Ability to Stamp Drawings would be an asset)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
