Manager Comptabilité & Finance (H/F)

We are a fast-growing youth sports organization operating across multiple locations across the US and Canada . We create exceptional experiences for children and families while running a complex, operationally driven business behind the scenes.
We are seeking a strategic Director of Finance to lead all financial aspects of a growing, multi-entity organization. The Director of Finance will join the executive team—providing insight, structure, and financial discipline while enabling growth.
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, including growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational scaling.
Translate business plans into integrated financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs tailored to multi-location and seasonal operations.
Lead enterprise-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation to support data-driven decision-making.
New facility launches
Marketing spend and customer acquisition
Financial Operations & Performance
Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple entities.
Develop dashboards and performance reporting that connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
Secure and manage financing for growth initiatives and capital projects.
Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, debt restructuring, and FX strategy (as applicable).
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing finance team.
