Manager Finance Location Hybrid work in Toronto, ON M5H 4A6 :
- University degree supplemented with courses and specific training in accounting;
- 3 to 5 years of financial accounting experience required;
- Possesses or pursuing a recognized accounting designation (CPA);
- Experience with accounting and/or enterprise reporting systems strongly preferred (i.e., Accpac/Sage 300, Doclink);
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and MS Office applications;
- Ability to interpret financial reports, ledgers, graphs, and tables;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking;
- Results and task oriented;
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a positive contributor to the team;
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership and confidentiality.
