Vous souhaitez contribuer au succès de notre équipe d’ingénierie et des technologies en offrant un soutien administratif pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels? Rémunération concurrentielle, régime de pension à prestations déterminées, assurances collectives et soins de santé virtuels.

Horaire : 37,5 heures par semaine avec horaire flexible.
Fournir du soutien au(x) leader(s) du service en matière de planification et de gestion du temps.
Exécuter et coordonner les activités administratives telles que la collecte et l’enregistrement des données, la préparation et la révision des rapports, le suivi des transactions et des rapports connexes en s’assurant de répondre aux normes de qualité élevées du service.
Effectuer la mise en page des documents variés comme des rapports, des textes, des tableaux et des graphiques.
Diplôme d’études secondaires et études postsecondaires en administration de bureau ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience reconnue en soutien administratif au niveau d’un groupe de direction.
Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer verbalement et par écrit dans les deux langues officielles, selon les responsabilités du poste.
Maîtrise avancée des applications et outils informatiques tels qu’Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
Connaissance du système intégré SAP (atout).
