We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial operations and ensure accurate reporting across multiple projects. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in construction or manufacturing and a strong foundation in project accounting. The Senior Accountant will handle complex reconciliations, assist with financial analysis, and collaborate closely with project managers and leadership.
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Perform job costing and project accounting, ensuring accurate tracking of budgets and expenses.
Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and assist with forecasting.
Support internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with project managers to monitor financial performance and provide insights.
Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Managing cash flow and forecasting.
Collaborate with the Director of Finance to evaluate overall company performance and analyze key performance indicators.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and job costing.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
