Billing and Accounts Payables Technician

The Technician Accounts Receivable must effectively coordinate all aspects of cash and billing processing in support of the business needs. Work with personnel to provide data needed for accurate billing and timely payment; Posts cash and project billing for budgeting and job cost analysis.
Review all invoices for appropriate support and accuracy per contract.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received timely.
Work with site supervisor on various job costing projects.
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivables experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience using Workday is an advantage.
Strong customer service skills
