As an Accounting Technician for Cash to Accounting, you will be a cornerstone of our Finance team in Laval, reporting to the Accounting Manager. Perform Bank Reconciliations: Compare daily bank statements with the General Ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
Partner with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Sales teams to research and resolve any unmatched items.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain organized digital records of all reconciliations and supporting documents to guarantee a clear audit trail.
A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in an accounting role with a solid understanding of reconciliation processes.
Financial Acumen: You have strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and can interpret financial data to ensure accuracy.
Fluency in both English and French is required as the scope for this role is across Canada.
