Manage a team of in-field territory managers and give direction towards national and regional sales strategies and tactics, while providing mentorship and coaching.- Coordinate sales distribution strategy by establishing sales territories, route plans, and periodic goals.- Manage Key Account relationships, driving new business growth by developing relationships with customers- Analyze and report on sales metrics and data to provide insight into sales performance, and spearhead improvements in key regions.- Collaborate with other members of the management team to align sales strategy and direction with the overall goals of the organization.- Leverage data to achieve sales targets for territories
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in beverage alcohol- Leadership and people management experience required- Exceptional negotiation, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills- Analytical and data driven mindset- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint- Ownership and hustle!
