Chargé de gestion RH H/F (Support à la production)

Location - Stratford, ON - on site 5 days a week
As the HR lead, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment strategies to complex labor relations. you are a visible leader on the production floor, building trust with hourly employees and coaching salaried leadership. You will manage one direct report and oversee all HR cycles, including budget planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of professional rigor, an even temperament under pressure, and the ability to adapt quickly to the shifting priorities of a modern manufacturing operation.
Competitive Salary: Target range of $95,000 – $105,000 (with a maximum scale up to $115,000).

Lead recruitment and onboarding for both hourly and salaried positions to meet growing staffing needs.
Manage labor relations and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), including grievance handling and 2026 contract renewal preparations.
Coach and advise the leadership team on performance management, disciplinary matters, and succession planning.
Ensure 100% compliance with Health & Safety protocols and corporate HR policies.
Experience: 3–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field; proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors and MS 365.
