As an HR Generalist, you will play a key function in supporting our HR department by performing various administrative tasks, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with employees at all levels and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

HR Generalist General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of practice in HR.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is essential.
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

• Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and managing HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing guidance on performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance employee expertise and knowledge.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates, employee engagement programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
