Liberty Entertainment Group is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead one of our premier locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, inspire and manage a high-performing team, and uphold the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and profitability in line with our brand values.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring both run smoothly and efficiently.

Manage opening and closing procedures.

Develop and implement operational strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.

Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service with guests to understand their needs and exceed their expectations

Consistently review operations to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement

Provide coaching and feedback to team members and assess performance on an ongoing basis

Lead a positive team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments

Preparing tip outs, cash floats and cashing out servers and bartenders

Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines

Establish and delegate work duties to staff members as needed

Manage biweekly payroll reports and labour cost

Hiring, training and managing front of house staff

Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Other related duties assigned by the management

Qualifications:

More than 5 years of experience in a managerial role; minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager

Extensive knowledge of liquors and wines is an asset

Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant operations.

Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills

Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Ability to train and delegate

Ability to work flexible hours, days, weekends shifts including holidays

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
