Office Oversight: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for blueprints, permits, and safety records.
Industry Savvy: You possess a solid understanding of construction terminology and workflows (e.g., Highly Organized: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to data accuracy and scheduling.
Adaptable: You are comfortable pivoting between administrative tasks and urgent site-related requests.
Tech-Savy: Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with construction management software is a significant asset.
