Sales and Administration Assistant

On behalf of our client, a leader in the industrial supply sector, we are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives to join their teams in Bonnyville and Grande Prairie. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge in a dynamic office and counter-sales environment.

Quote Management: Receive incoming sales calls; review customer specifications and inventory to provide timely, accurate, and detailed quotations.

Sales Order Processing: Review purchase orders, clarify technical revisions, and process orders through the ERP system while communicating requirements to operations.

generate purchase orders for "buy-ins" to ensure customer delivery dates are met at the best cost.

Counter Sales: Act as the face of the branch for walk-in customers, providing expert product advice and processing orders on-site.

Maintain accurate records of pricing feedback, market trends, and quality assurance reports (QARs).

Account Support: Follow up on quotes, assist in the resolution of customer concerns, and support the collection of receivables through proper documentation.

Prior experience in the oil and gas industry (labor, trades, or administration) is highly valued. Knowledge of carbon steel products is a significant asset.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning complex ERP systems.

Physically able to lift up to 25lbs and manage the manual dexterity required for high-volume computer and phone work.
