An HRIS that has all the tools our clients need to increase employee engagement, eliminate paperwork, improve HR processes, and reduce risk for health & safety programs
HRIS system configuration and ongoing system support

Maintain and support existing client portfolio
Provide product support and tutorials to clients
Provide in-person support to dealerships when needed in Western Canada
Identify sales opportunities in a well-defined target marketplace.
Assist with nurturing campaigns for existing and potential clients
Prepare product demonstrations, and proposal documentation to assist the sales team to close business deals.
Compliment and maintain relationships within target and related verticals, and with industry partners, to develop new opportunities and communicate our value proposition with the focus on long term revenue growth.
Assist with the resolution of software service requests
You have customer service experience and/ or sales experience.
Automotive industry specific experience an asset.
Excellent initiative, organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
Have a positive and hard-working attitude always willing to provide an extra level of service to your prospects and customers.
Experience working in a self-directed (i.e. at your home) environment is essential.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel periodically.
Fluency in French is an asset
