Insurance Broker - Personal Lines Customer Service

As a Link Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a book of a business. This role combines client care, relationship management, and sales. You’ll provide top-notch service, help clients navigate their insurance needs, and close new business with confidence and professionalism.

Deliver personalized insurance solutions to both new and existing clients by phone,email, and in-person

Manage your portfolio with policy renewals, endorsements, claims support, and filereviews

Advocate for your clients with insurance providers to find the best coverage options

Maintain accurate client data across multiple systems and portals

Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and internal processes

Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License (required)

• 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• A strong understanding of personal lines products and services
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields (asset)
• Previous call-center or high-volume client service experience (asset)
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong technical skills—comfortable navigating insurance software and Microsoft Office
