Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Lines Insurance Assistant
5 Rd office in Richmond for a Commercial Lines Assistant. If you have great communications and interpersonal skills, a General Insurance Level 1 License, and are willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Assist Commercial Producers with their portfolios in numerous areas such as marketing, processing, customer contact for additional information, accounts receivable, and claims reporting, to name a few.
Keep detailed notes on our computer system at all times (Paperless Environment)

Minimum Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License
Minimum 1 year of insurance office experience
Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers, and team members
Strong customer service
Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
Company Portal knowledge is an asset
Computer skills including working knowledge with Word & Excel
