Physiotherapist - Clinic - Full-time

MacIntosh Sport Medicine Clinic provides services to students, othermembers of the University, and the public, including, but not limited to, intercollegiate and international-calibre athletes. The staff of the Clinic provides preventive and therapeutic sport medicine services at the clinic and at athletic events. The clinic staff provide patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes certified athletic therapists, registered physical therapists, registered sport massage therapists, sport physicians, orthopedic surgeons, receptionists and a clinic manager.
Under the general supervision of the Head Therapist and the Clinic Manager, the incumbent will provide Clinical Therapy Services and Intercollegiate Team Care.
Providing manual physical health assessments and treatments in accordance with professional standards
Providing health counselling on specific injuries and general health advice
Providing on-field triage and support to medical professionals as required
Coordinating patient care with advanced care medical professionals
Recommending preventative measures and evaluating risk factors to ensure safety
Providing feedback to students on their performance during practical exercises based on observation
Masters of Physical Therapy (MScPT) and registered Physical therapist in the province of Ontario
Minimum three years experience in a multi-disciplinary sport medicine clinic, and/or in a clinic specializing in musculo-skeletal health care
Experience in sport field care at an elite or high performance level
Computer literacy is required.

Advanced Diploma of Manual & Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT)
Sport Physiotherapy Canada Certificate or Diploma

Schedule: Full-Time - Term position from July 2026 ending in April 2027
