This role reports to the senior site merchandising manager on-site, 4 days a week in a hybrid work environment.
70%: eCommerce Site Operations
Participates in weekly site scrubs with eCommerce and Buying team
Supports global price changes and promotions for the site
Responsible for product accuracy on the site
Site Refresher Calendar
Reviews weekly site refreshers with the team, ensuring that all linking, destinations, and merchandising needs are met
Supports and coordinates with buying team projects i.e. swatching and outfit bundles
Acts as point of contact for the DC and Order management team as it pertains to product issues
Works with eCommerce product team to gain a deeper understanding of Salesforce capabilities and opportunities
Trains the broader team, including buying team, on any new site initiatives or functionality
Works on special projects as assigned
Assist with purchase order/bulk management
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially in Excel
Effectively balances competing priorities, troubleshoots site and product issues, and adapts to rapidly changing business needs
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
Retail experience preferred, especially in children’s clothing
