Property Manager Real Estate Management (m/w/d)

This Montréal-based multifamily real estate firm specializes in asset management and acquisitions, currently overseeing a portfolio of approximately 130 units. The team is small, fast-moving, and highly process-driven, having invested heavily in documented SOPs and a centralized knowledge hub to govern day-to-day operations. This is a ground-floor opportunity within an organization that values long-term growth and structured excellence.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage the daily operations of a 130-unit portfolio in Montréal. This is a full in-office role focused on high-level execution and operational discipline.
Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and suppliers regarding maintenance and leasing.
Compliance & Leasing: Executing lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and ensuring all processes align with TAL compliance.
Conducting weekly property inspections and producing clear, structured reports for leadership on portfolio status and outstanding issues.
Systems Management: Maintaining accurate records using internal tools such as Airtable, Asana, and Building Stack.
Process Improvement: Following and contributing to the continuous improvement of documented SOPs.
The ideal candidate is a systems-driven professional with 2–4 years of experience in property management, preferably within a scaling portfolio.
Proficiency in French and English is required
- Comfort working within frameworks and documented SOPs, viewing them as tools for performance rather than constraints.
- The ability to deliver concise, decision-ready updates and knowing exactly when to escalate issues to senior leadership.
