The Senior Accountant is responsible for full-cycle accounting, compliance, treasury, cost accounting, and financial analysis. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely financial insights that support management decision-making.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage full-cycle accounting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and analytical reviews
Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
Prepare cash flow projections and complete regular bank reconciliations
Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis for management
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for senior leadership
Oversee tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
Support accounting software integrations, plug-ins, and maintenance
Perform consolidations using specialized accounting software
CPA designation (or actively writing final exam)
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Public practice experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Sage products
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-improvement focused
