Position Title: RETAIL SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Hardware/Tool Knowledge Required Job Type: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT Location: BURNABY, BC Compensation: $23 - $26 / Hour (Based on Experience)
SUMMIT TOOLS We are a family-owned business and have been in operation since 1993. We are well established in the Tool Industry and the leader in the sales of Power Tools & Construction related tools. Our Flagship store in Burnaby is a high-volume store serving contractors from all over Metro Vancouver. We have a second store in Port Coquitlam as well as locations in Kelowna and St. Jerome, Quebec.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A high level of customer service and physical pace to service the sales floor
- A strong working and/or retail experience with construction related tools & power tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to cultivate strong relationships and consistently go the extra mile in providing exceptional customer service
- This is an excellent growth opportunity for a Junior Sales Associate in any industry to grow their skills with our training opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years in a high-volume retail store will position you well for our pace
- Extensive tool knowledge in the Construction industry along with Power Tools is a must
- Sales should have some sales experience and be customer service oriented
- Provide a high level of customer shopping experience and solutions to the customer
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and always be mindful of the customer
- Personable and social with customers
- Self-motivated and a positive influence among the team
- Completion of a criminal record check
